Carwood Suite Burngreave Library
The Carwood Suite will hold up to 25 people boardroom and 40 people theatre style. Kindly note because the room is a self service room you will be required to set up the space and return it to how you found it within your meeting booking. Please ensure you allocate enough time to do this. Urn and Cups are available for free if needed. Please note that failing to return the space as you found it will result in a £25 fee added to your room booking to cover the cost of staffing the clear up. All rates are exclusive of VAT for this room.

Library Area Burngreave Library
The library is free for use on Mondays (10am-1pm), Wednesdays (10am- 1pm) and Fridays (10am -1pm, 2pm- 5pm). You can book at these times but the booking will not be a private session. However if you would like to have a private session, kindly feel free to book at the other available times. Kindly note that using the (6) computers will include an additional £5 per hour fee. Kindly add computers as a resource in your booking. All rates are exclusive of VAT for this room.

This area of the building is open to the public and therefore cannot be privately booked during the day. It is available for co-working and meetings between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
